Holy Holy Holy

To be holy, virtuous and wise. That’s the vibe. The “holiness line” is the energetic channel running between the ajna chakra (the “third eye”) and the muladhara (the “root chakra”). This is the vertical line. Visualize it as a channel of pure light running through the core of your body.

Then repeat the mantras: Amun Ra then Mystic Shaman then Peace and Love.

(This overrules the Diva and Demon energies.)

Once the vertical is suitably lit up and you’re feeling nice and holy, you can shift your attention to the lower horizontal “virtue line” which runs from the left hip to the right hip. This is the balancing line (think stabilizers on a child’s bike or ballast on a ship).

Then repeat the mantras: Atum Ka then Warrior Monk (or Warrior Nun) then Goodness and Beauty.

(This overcomes the Victim and Addict energies.)

When you feel strong, grounded and balanced, turn your attention to the second horizontal “wisdom line” which runs from the left shoulder to the right shoulder and finishes at the heart chakra.

Then repeat the corresponding mantras: Ba Gaia Jah then Philosopher King Priest (or Philosopher Queen Priestess) and finally Truth Consciousness Bliss.

(This overturns the Muppet and Muggle energies.)

If you’re feeling it, you can finish off the meditation with the Sanctus:

Holy, holy, holy Lord, God of power and might,
heaven and earth are full of your glory.
Hosanna in the highest.
Blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord.
Hosanna in the highest.

Merry Christmas!
